Keep Ballyporeen playground open

I am representing the Ballyporeen community council. One of the services the community council is involved with is maintaining the community playground in the village.

To do this the council is responsibile for covering the cost of insurance and upkeep fees for the playground. Without this investment the county council can take control of the playground and can close the playground as they see fit.

Obviously this is something we are eager to avoid at all costs. To help us meet this goal we are asking for the help of the community to raise the funds so that the council can insure that our fantastic playground can continue to be enjoyed by the families of the community going forward.
