Help Deanna Return Home After Tragic Loss

Written for our sister Deanna by her siblings Debbie, Dwayne, and Donna.

My siblings and I would like to reach out for help in fundraising money to bring our sister Deanna back from Mississippi to Washington along with her belongings to be back home with her family and have a new start in life.

Our sister Deanna has lost the love of her life, Chuck (Herbert Griffin), whom she adored and took care of till he passed away on Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2024.

Chuck had diabetes and was on daily dialysis waiting for a kidney transplant. On the early morning of Sat, Sept 28th, 2024, Chuck reached to unplug his dialysis machine and in doing so fell back and hit his head, causing a brain embolism.

Chuck did not recover and was disconnected from life support on Tuesday, Oct 2nd, with his love of life, Deanna, and family by his side.

Our sister Deanna has lost so much in her lifetime, including losing her son Owen. Deanna would like to move back to WA and bring her belongings back home but does not have the money or resources to do so. Please help us in raising the money to get her back home to us and also to help her with a new start in life.
