My StepDad is Jose, whom I am raising funds for. He is a father and sole provider for our family of 5. My dad has lived in the United States for years and at all that time, he has never been in trouble with the law. He is a hard worker who has spent years trying to navigate the complex immigration system to become legal in the stated he has an open case thru my mother's petition.

On Saturday January 17th 2026 our lives changed in an instant when my dad was taken by immigration. Since then, it’s been a race against time to bring him back to us.

seeing him gone has left a hole in our home that we can’t fill. We’ve been in a search to find a lawyer with the help of a few friends, but now the reality of the costs will be hitting us hard. Between legal fees, monthly rent, and the hope of a bond to get him out, the bills will pile up faster than we can handle.
