Hey, I’m Vince – born and raised in Leicester, now somewhere between the rice fields and a bigger vision.

This all started with one farm. One family. One idea.

But it’s not just about goats and chickens. It’s about showing that there are people in the world with far less — and how a little help can create something huge.

We’re starting a new kind of community:

A place for Westerners to build something meaningful — where it’s affordable to start.

A home for local families to grow and thrive.

A hub where people from all walks of life can come together to learn, heal, share, and give back.

This isn’t just a charity. It’s a movement.

It begins on one small farm — but the vision is global. Imagine a network of hubs around the world, where people can come to get better, and others can come to help — whether that’s through sharing skills, listening, or just showing up.

We already have land. We already have a family we’re working with.

We’ve even got accommodation — so people can stay, help, and be part of it from day one.

This is Together We Grow — and our first chapter is called Together We Farm.

It’s where the seeds go in the ground, but it’s only the beginning.
