for the last 5 years I’ve been privately renting & unfortunately she now wants to sell the property; meaning we have a few months to move out.

we found a home that would be suitable, for not only my children, but for my work and my disability too!

Weve spoken to a mortgage company, but they’ve asked for a 25% deposit (which would be 60K) we only have 5% - this is what we were told would be accepted!

Because the rent on our property is so high we’ve not been able to save anything up and now are subject to being homeless, as the council is over 16weeks wait for the application to even be approved!!
