Kasey's Last Class: Overcoming Challenges

Hi Everyone! Thank you for taking the time to read this and every ounce of help is more appreciated than you will ever know!


I am 6 credits away from getting my diploma for my bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design. I was admitted to a once in a lifetime opportunity to study in Copenhagen, Denmark for a 6 week intensive design studio that will meets the 6 credit requirement. Scandinavia is an invaluable place for a young designer like me to learn new skills and network for my career as it is a major global design hub.

Unfortunately, the scholarship that I needed to go fell through. As I have already committed to this journey and am now short on funds, I need help to pay the rest of the tuition and be able to support myself while I am in Copenhagen. I have been paying for my own tuition for undergrad and working as much as physically possible to get this far and have done everything I can. I have also been experiencing chronic health issues the past 6 months that have made my life quite difficult, facing an autoimmune diagnosis, I have missed some very valuable days of school and work that have set me back.

Nonetheless, I passed my classes and made it this far and just need this last class to get my official bachelor’s degree. Since I committed to this opportunity, months ago, before I was ever sick, I cannot back out of it and am still required to pay the tuition either way.

I need about $5,000 total to cover everything I need, but any amount at all helps alleviate some of the debt and financial hardship I have taken on to pay for my education.

I hope to one day use my skills as a designer to help people in need, inspire and advocate for creative education, and focus on design not only in the way children interact with classrooms but the curriculum they are taught as well.

Please help me achieve my goals and invest in my future but only if you are willing and able. All I can hope is I find success in my career and can pay the favor forward one day.

Hello yall, my daughter Kasey is graduating on May 8th 2025. She has 1 more studio class to take. She applied for every college scholarship she could. Unfortunately, she is about $5,000 short on meeting her goal.

Kasey, has been paying for her college classes since she was 18 and moved to Colorado to attend the University of Colorado. While there, she has been working and fighting many different health issues. She is working as much as she can and has completed all her classes but her last studio needed to get her diploma. I am so proud of her and she continues to do her very best.

I am asking my friends for any help in any way to make her dream come true. She is going to study abroad in Denmark for her last studio as it has 1 of the best schools for her major in environmental design. She is about $5,000 short for the class and needs money for food and expenses while there.

Please help me make her wish come true.
