help get karmAFARMa IN the ground!

Hi, my name is James. I'm a native to Lakewood, CO and I'm starting a Community Supported Agriculture program and farm that will provide vegetables fruits herbs education eggs networking resilience and more to our local community, organically and sustainably! 

I have been blessed over the past 5 years or so to have had steady work in this field via the forward-thinking owners of The Squeaky Bean and Circle Fresh. For some reason, at the end of each season I felt compelled to amend and prepare the land for the next person who would grow on it. 
This last thanksgiving the former tenant of the small farmhouse  on the property called me to tell me he was leaving, and that he wanted to make sure it was me who got in there instead of someone who could give two sheeps about farming.
Honestly, i spent a good month chewing on it. It's a BIG project. A lot of planning and work and committment and growth and--
--and well,  I've decided the benefits outweigh all that. 
In fact, I decided months ago, and it's almost real.

Oh gosh, that's exciting. 

Here's the rub. I need to somehow take care of the following interdependent factors simultaneously::

Register and license the business name
Create an account for said business with a local Credit Union into which member contributions will go
Activate the website and domain name so I can begin accepting members 
Keep my brain from shutting down while planning the season (important!) with a steady supply of smoothies, trail mix and coffee
Order the rest of the seeds that have to be started now, and those that are running out of stock already. 
Gas to get back and forth between Ned during the next month  where I'm still raising a significant portion of the nest egg

EXTRA CREDIT GOAL: 

Rent for March, so that Ms Lilli (homesteady roommate, herbal warrior, farm partner, gentle soul) and I can take our time moving in over the next month, WHILE we are both working our bums off.

If you know me, you know how much this means to me. If you don't know me, perhaps you can identify with my feelings around being my own boss, strengthening my community, growing what i eat (growing what YOU eat!), discovering a true culture rising from the land, permaculture design and implementation, plant based medicine, and healing the Nature in a mutually beneficial way. 

How thankful will I be? I suppose it's in fashion to quantify these things in tote bags and commemorative mugs, but I don't have any of that stuff. Can you see me holding my arms out wide in your minds eye? 

A thank you card will go to everyone, whether it's a dollor or a thousand. A real one, on paper even. If we can capture our gratitude on film, we'll send photos too.
