Karlee's "Giving Tree" Sandstone School

My name is Karlee. I am 7 years old and a 1st Grader. I really wanted to do something to help people who don't have warm coats & food. I came up with an idea to raise money by painting nails at my school's Christmas bazaar! I used all the money I raised ($1,500) painting nails and through this page to adopt families and students on the Sandstone Elementary Giving Tree. I ended up adopting 5 total families purchasing gifts for 13 kids ranging in age from 3-15, purchased single gifts for 5 other kids ranging in age from 2-16, purchased 8 coats and 9 pairs of snow pants, and purchased $200 in gift cards for families for a total of 94 gifts for some of my fellow Sandstone classmates. I am extremely grateful for the money that I was able to raise and help those in need. I am starting now to raise money for the 2014 Sandstone Elementary Giving Tree. If you would like to help, your donation is greatly appreciated and will go to an AMAZING cause. Thanks so much for helping me help others. <3
