There are group of local people who would like to see a shelter home built in Stonewall and area, for people to have a safe place to go. A sanctuary for the community for those struggling with different mental health issues is the ultimate goal. We want it to be the Karing House. In her last days she was talking about how much we needed this is for our area. We are embarking on a grand mission but we want to start right away until we can get a charity designation and get a foundation going. This is the first step to see if we can get this all started, if we can't get the money we need, then the money will be put towards things like a walking path or scholarships in her name. She has totally touched this town with her kindness and love and we want to honor her with this special project that can touch the whole community in her name.
