Karen's Safe Haven

Karen's Safe Haven is a mental health support group open to anyone 16+

It's a safe place for people to come and talk about their mental health journey without prejudice and judgement with peers who are maybe feeling or going through the same thing or something similar. As Karen's Safe Haven is growing rapidly its needing donations to be able to expand and grow further so there can be a Karen's Safe Haven support group in and around towns near to Northallerton, a place for everyone to come and talk and share with peers. I'm trying to end the stigma around mental health so hopefully the numbers of suicide deaths will reduce but I can't do this alone, I need lots of help. Any donations big or small will be greatly recieved so please if you can dig deep and show your support.
