Hi, this is Joe Porcelli, my niece Kara Sundin (39 years old) was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. Her family is facing a very difficult time. Kara and Matthew have 2 Kids age 10 and 7. They will need help with paying medical bills and with the care of their children.
