Please help Kara in her time of need

**UPDATE**

On the morning of January 17th Kara had to go in for surgery due to a broken arm and wrist. Unfortunately this is going to take some time to heal and her profession requires her to use her hands and arms. She's going to need some more time to heal and now she will have hospital bills on top of everything mentioned below. We ask that everyone please share this with their family and friends and donate whatever you can. We appreciate you all so much!**

Our family here at Upward Light Healing and Yoga are putting together a GoFundMe on behalf of our beautiful sister and friend Kara. Kara is the caretaker for her father, a mother, a massage therapist and healer , a yoga teacher and the proud owner of Upward Light Healing and Yoga.

Unfortunately, along with the flu running through her household, she has been having to deal with a lot as far as health concerns for her father and herself, a car that has been having issues and is no longer running and just the stress of keeping her business running while she isn't able to be there along with the fact that she has her own personal bills. We would love to lighten the load a bit for her so that she may optimally heal both physically and mentally.We all need a little help sometimes but Kara is the type of woman that takes care of others and rarely asks for help herself.

Anytime anyone around her is having a rough day or even just needs a hug and some wise words she is always there for them. She uses her gifts, love and light to take care of others and she always pours from her own cup even when her cup is not quite full. We would love to give back to her and help her fill her cup so that she is able to keep sharing her gifts and light with everyone around her.
