Kappa Xi Needs Our Help

I hope this message finds you all and your families well. Kappa Xi is gearing up for a great school year. They’ll be sending out an alumni newsletter with some important dates (P4B, initiation, homecoming, etc.) very soon. I worked with the new officers this summer at the Krach Transformational Leadership Workshop (what used to be Balfour), and as expected, these are a great group of guys which is why I am coming to you for some immediate help.

The chapter is currently sitting at about 20 brothers. Let’s cut to the chase… they’re a little cash strapped because of reduced headcount and a few other things that are out of their control. I’m coming to you as alumni to help them out. They have a few things that we can help with financially while they’re in a rebuilding year: Homecoming tailgate, the upfront costs of Derby Days, RMF (insurance) premiums, and some of the courses our HQ offers (Mission 365 / Crossroads) would be highly beneficial for them right now.

You remember your great times at Tarleton, and I’m sure most of those times were with your brothers. These things don’t come cheap! Instead of raising dues, we’re asking each alumni to chip in at least $50 to give them a head start on the school year. Seriously... $5, $10, $25,  $100, ANYTHING would help them out. With over 300 Kappa Xi alum, we could easily surpass this goal. These funds will go straight into their operating budget to help them deliver the same Kappa Xi experience you remember.
