I Couchsurfed with Ayisheitu and her family in Tamale, Northern Ghana three years ago. They looked after us well: now we can help them back.

The funds are for boosting their water supply. The water in Ghana is getting harder to source in the dry seasons. Their container is old and cracked, and they spend hours filling canisters for people. They can get a large tank put in place, with a pipe system, and Ayisheitu, a widowed mother of five children, can sell water to the community, or give it for free to those in need, like the local orphanage.
