My name is Guisela and I am fundraising for my daughter, Keila, a new young single mother. My grandson Kaleb was born on January 29, 2022. Right away, the doctors insisted on transferring him to the NICU at the Children's Hospital because of complications with his lungs. He spent the first 6 weeks of his life in the NICU. Since then he has been in and out of the hospital fighting for his life. While his lungs seem to be doing better, the doctors tell us that he has brain damage, but we don't know to what extent. The doctors also tell us that Kaleb will need ongoing physical therapy, and has possibly lost hearing in his left ear. The hospital bills are starting to pile up and my husband and I can only do so much to support Keila and my grandson Kaleb. We need all the help we can get and would appreciate any donation, big or small. If anything, please keep Kaleb in your prayers; I'm afraid this is just the beginning of his health problems, as he still has to undergo many more tests.
