Kalamazoo is home to hundreds of refugees. Many are single moms. As a community we provide support in many ways and now more than ever our neighbors need our help. With limited to no funding they need help with transportation, applying for social security cards in order to obtain work, building their resume, groceries, and rent for at least three months. As a landlord to refugee tenants, I would like to help fill in the gaps and show our new arrivals that they can call Kalamazoo home.
