Thank you so much for being a part of my life journey! As many of you may know, about a year ago I went on my first Chiropractic Service Trip to Fiji and then had the amazing opportunity to serve in New Delhi, India, last November. Time has been FLYING by and I am currently in my 11th quarter (out of 12!) at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. I am getting ready for graduation in June and still wake up everyday STOKED about what I do and the people I get to serve. I can’t wait to spread my wings and make a huge impact in my community, wherever I end up!
Within the next 6 months, I am planning on participating in 2 more service trips.
This spring break, I will be going on my third service trip to Ensenada, Mexico with a group called Vitalistic Masters. I will be traveling with chiropractic students and doctors from all of over the world, providing free chiropractic care for 5 days for the beautiful people of Mexico. We will be led by Dr. Sukhi Muker, a Chiropractor who has been in practice for over 10 years and is a well-known coach that helps chiropractors and other professionals develop a mindset of success and maximizing human potential!

Then, after my 3-year journey of Chiropractic school comes to an end in June, I plan to go on my fourth and final trip (as a student), to Malinalco, Mexico, with Dr. John Martinez. This retreat will encompass an adjusting workshop, ceremonies to facilitate connection, cleansing and inner growth, as well as 2 full days of service in the local community. I have taken previous seminars with John and they play a major role in who I am as a Chiropractor and the person that I am today. I look forward to being immersed in a healing environment, connecting deeply and growing with others and stepping into my power while learning how I can better serve my future patients.
Why Chiropractic? Chiropractic honors the body's innate self-healing properties by facilitating proper communication of the nervous system. The spine protects the nervous system, so improper biomechanics of a vertebral segment can cause an interference, which we call subluxations. An interference between the communication to and from the brain will not allow the body to function at its highest potential, which can impact not only one’s physical health, but also their mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. Chiropractors detect and correct these subluxations and restore brain-body connection, which improves healing and overall quality of life. Imagine living a life free of interference and what that could mean for your health! I believe Chiropractic can help anyone and everyone to naturally express and experience more LIFE and HEALTH.
Why do I need your help? In order to make these trips a reality, it is going to require some financial support. The cost of both trips altogether is $3000, which includes transportation, lodging, meals and the processing fees from using GoFundMe.
