I recently visited Kabiro School in Nairobi to help run a cricket coaching session with the children.

But my main objective was to ask if the school had a library and if so, what condition it was in.

When the Deputy Head opened the door I couldn't believe my eyes...

A single bookshelf beneath a corrugated iron roof, with two chickens sleeping infront of it. Water damage over the years has now rendered many of the books useless.

I plan to work with the school to;

- Repair the roof for good

- Install metal shelving

- Supply plastic waterproof boxes to store the books

- Hundreds of story books for ages 3 to 16.

The children are truly incredible, having spent the day with them, they really do deserve everything and more!

I know you'll help, you guys always do.
