Joshua Hernandez was killed in a drinking and driving accident on October 22nd of 2023. By the mother of his children. Leaving his two son's, who were also injured in the accident, behind. Joshua tried to get them all a safe ride home, which makes them all a victims to this event.

With the recent events that have occurred, Josh's family and friends are concerned about both minor's well-being, as their mother and her new boyfriend were both arrested for child neglect and child abuse. They both were let out of jail in less than 12 hours. The children have been placed in the care of Savannahs family. The Hernandez family has still been denied the ability to see them, with many of them not being allowed to see the boys for the last year. The family is asking you to help support them in hiring a lawyer because without proper legal representative, these young boys continue to be vulnerable during this critical time as well as missing out on the love and care they need from their fathers family. Their well-being depends on having a legal advocate in their corner.

All funds raised will be used for ongoing legal fees and related expenses to represent Josh's sons. Our goal is to raise $6,000 to get those boys in a better and healthier household.
