The Fraserburgh Defibrillator Group is responsible for maintaining the defibrillators currently available throughout Fraserburgh. At present, the Group is unable to access its funds due to the ongoing process of forming a new Committee.

As a result, several defibrillators in the town require replacement pads and batteries, but there are currently no available resources to purchase these essential items. To address this urgent need, we have established a GoFundMe page to invite donations from anyone who wishes to support the continued operation of these life-saving devices.

In addition to pads and batteries, many of the external defibrillator boxes also require replacement. Looking ahead, we hope to secure funding to purchase new defibrillators to replace units for which compatible pads are no longer available. Our goal is to maintain a supply of spare pads and batteries and, if resources permit, expand coverage by installing additional defibrillators in more areas of Fraserburgh.
