I am collaborating with GoFundMe to raise urgent funds for UNICEF, who have set up an emergency appeal in light of the current war in Ukraine.
The whole child population of Ukraine, 7.5 million children, are now at risk as the war continues to escalate. With explosions in major cities across the country and thousands of families being forced to flee their homes.
UNICEF is helping:
- to provide families with access to clean water and nutritious food
- to make sure that child health and protection services are sustained
- partners and the UNHCR to assess the refugee situation across neighbouring countries.
A £46 donation would help provide a family with an emergency water and hygiene kit.
