My name is Karen, and I’m the manager at Jim & Jacks in Cincinnati, where my lifelong friend Sissy Smith has been a dedicated employee for 41 years. She was recently diagnosed with cervical cancer and will begin her treatment journey, needing time off work to take care of her health.
