Hi everyone!

My name is J and I want to tell you a special story that started when I was three years old. That was the first time I ever rode a horse. Her name is Lola and she is so gentle and sweet. She will do almost anything for a treat!

That ride made me fall in love with horses forever. Now I want to do something kind for my very first horse friend. I am trying to raise money to sponsor Lola at Zuma’s Rescue Ranch, a place near Denver that takes care of animals like her. Sponsoring her helps pay for her food, her vet care, and everything she needs. It also means I get to ride her once a week and visit her more often, which makes me really happy.

To raise the money, I have been working hard. I am doing a lemonade stand, cotton candy stand, face painting, and I am saving my birthday money to help Lola.
