Hello, this GoFundMe is for my father, Jorge Ruben Garcia. He has been fighting to stay in the States for over a year but has been given the opportunity to fight his case and get out sooner. Throughout this time, he has been in a detention facility due to President Trump's decisions to deport hardworking people around America who do not have papers. Sadly, my father is one of those people going through this hard time.

My father has missed so many memories from birthdays with his kids, holidays, and sadly, the passing of his own brother. We are hoping for some help from others, even just a little donation, to be able to get him out of the detention facility to reunite him with his children, mother, and friends to continue making memories and supporting his family.
