This Yom Kippur, as we reflect on accountability and repair we're raising $2,000 for our friends at Gaza Soup Kitchen. We're calling on our community to help us reach that goal before the end of the holiday.
Yom Kippur calls us to do more than atone. It calls us to act.
This year, we’re channeling our grief, our solidarity, and our hope into material support for Palestinians in Gaza.
At our last action, we raised just over $1,400 for the Gaza Soup Kitchen—a grassroots mutual aid effort founded by and for Gazans. Their work is simple, powerful, and life-saving: cooking and distributing hot meals to displaced families, restoring dignity in the midst of devastation.
Now, we’re committing to raise $2,000. Enough to operate two kitchens for one day, or one kitchen for two days. Every dollar brings us closer to that goal.
Here’s how your support helps:
1. Feeds families in crisis with hot, nourishing meals.
2. Keeps grassroots kitchens running amid a relentless genocide
3. Help teams deliver meals each day to hospitals
4. Support water trucks deployed daily
Let’s meet this goal together—before the sun sets on Yom Kippur.
Let’s turn reflection into action, and action into solidarity.
Thank you for being part of this work.
