Hey everyone! So Me and my family are trying to raise enough money to obtain conservatorship over my 100 year old Oma(Grandmother). The reason we are doing this is become my Aunt has power of attorney and has been financially abusing my Oma by using her Pension and Social Security to pay for her personal finances, including alcohol and Bail bonds. My aunt has also taken out credit cards in my Omas' and used her Social Security and Pension money to pay her own debt. We have tried all other means to go about this, but it has come to the point where we need to lawyer up. So please if you can, spare what is possible and help us get my Oma the justice she deserves.
