Justice & reunification for Alexandria

This gofund me is from my friend Samantha and her daughter Alexandria. Recently she went through a very Trumatic experience at El Paso independent school district (Dr. Green Elementary)

little alex was physically assaulted and there were bruises in red marks along with the emotional trauma. The school is actively trying to cover it up and silence people’s outrage.

This is not the first incident with the school district, And sadly won’t be the last if we do not take action.

CPS got involved for a separate incident where her neighbors were dishonest due to their personal feelings about how she dressed and being vocal about being discriminated against. Mom has also called the police numerous times the late hours in the morning due to house parties illegal substances being evolved next-door also with children in the home

CPS waited three weeks to enforce their power when Samantha started advocating for justice regarding the schools physical abuse towards her child.

We are wanting justice for what happened to her at Dr. Green elementary school in El Paso Texas and seeking the reunification of her and her mommy.

What is happened is not OK that needs to be addressed. The family has applied to resources and services and is seeking donations to possibly countersue and fund resources to help their case, and not just on their behalf but on the many parents before them who have unjustified and unaddressed cases as well. She will continue to fight and advocate for families and children unlawfully And unnecessarily removed byCPS.
They are very low income and don’t have a car and don’t have very much furniture as they had just moved to El Paso, Texas on July 3 2021

Her last lawyer withdrew in front of countless people on an Instagram live, after she sent the lawyer pictures of the abuse happening to her daughter in foster care.
Mom requested an emergency hearing and seconds after the lawyer withdrew.
shortly after Little Alex was hospitalized while in the care off  foster home and CPS. She is an exceptionally healthy and active child with a very sweet disposition, With no history of being hospitalized for being sick let alone being “abused” or neglected.
They are taking her childhood from her and causing undue trauma which reach search has shown leads to long-term brain damage.

This family does not come from a huge support system or a ton of money and they need all the help they can get.
Justice will be served and there is a plan to counter sue but the main priority right now is bringing Alex home safe and as soon as possible.
 
UPDATE 10/9/21
ALEXANDRIA IS HOME SAFE 
After Alexandria was abandoned at an El Paso behavioral health facility and being medicated unlawfully with no ruling/reason
DFPS signed a court ordered agreement giving mother custody back & rightfully so.

Alex, 5 years old was covered head to toe with bruises and was neglected severely in 5 days at the facility on top of the abuse that occurred previously since September 3rd.
DFPS is trying to actively silence the mother as she continues to speak out and fight for justice on social media.
She has documented and recorded everything though and will continue to do so.
With that being said, this little family is most definitely going to experience retaliation and will need every support possible, now that Alexandria is home.
It has come to Samantha’s attention by opposing attorney’s that her gofund me is an issue. That is not surprising at all as this is Samantha’s way of countersuing and getting her families life back on track and holding the opposing parties accountable.
She was appointed an attorney, not by her request. Though had  they been hired, the legal fees are $300.00/hour!

The funds needed, will be going to
1. Relocation
2. Transportation (vehicle)
3. Any other fees that the situation/case brings.

Samantha is not working as this case and her daughter require her full attention.



My personal perspective of Samantha and her parenting:

She has faced a lot of unfair circumstances while being a single mother providing for her daughter alone.

She has no third-party resources to help financially or physically but despite her odds, she does an amazing job parenting her child and always providing a safe, warm and loving home for her daughter Alexandria.

Samantha is truly selfless and needs our help right now, and so does her daughter.
Samantha is a veteran, hard working and a first responder and its our time to serve this family!
