Zack Griffiths has been arrested. The charge? Alleged blackmail and malicious communications. The real reason? He’s been exposing the truth.

Zack is the founder of HMP Prisons Justice Group — a movement that has been relentlessly shining a light on deaths in custody, institutional failure, and the silence that protects it. For over a year, he’s stood up for grieving families and demanded answers from the very systems trying to shut him down.

Now he’s behind bars.

On 10 April 2025, Zack was arrested live on video, taken into custody, and now faces remand at Cardiff Magistrates Court.
