Tears streaming down my face, hands shaking... This is the first time I've watched the video. I had to see for myself that he was okay before I could bring myself to watch it. He flinched as I ran my hand over his head. Police Dept. said they couldn't do anything because it was only a concussion. Three weeks later Desert Hills Middle School Washington County Utah still hasn't done anything about it. So... I'm at the end of my rope. Where do you turn when there's no JUSTICE???

I'm READY to share...
Three weeks ago on March 5th my nephew was violently attacked on School Campus as he walked to his car after School. A student from another school in the District twice the size of my nephew assaulted him knocking him unconscious, and then continued to pound his head into the pavement as he lie lifeless on the ground. As my nephew started coming to the Bully runs back and starts hitting him again and again. All while the Bullies friends laughed and cheered him on, as they recorded it and then uploaded to the internet. We went to the School... They did nothing! We went to the Parents... They Did nothing (he was at a party later that night.) We went to the Police... They did nothing "It was just a concussion."
What are these times that we're living in when you can assault someone and there is no consequence. My Nephew Tyler is not this kids first victim, not his second or his third... He won't be his last until WE PUT A STOP TO THIS.

Please help my Brother and Nephew as we hold the School District and the families of these Bullies accountable for the actions of their children.  And, put an end to the Bullying in Washington County School District.
