Hello friends and family! We are here to ask for support for justice for Toria and Braxton. We are currently all in a long and horrible battle in court for the mother, Valerie, to remain in sole custody of Braxton and Toria as she has had primary custody of them both since birth and has taken care of them through everything. She and the babies have been dragged through so much all of these years dealing with an extremely abusive, awful relationship that she escaped from in 2019. After years of dealing with trauma, abuse, and so much more from the father, who wasn’t involved or present in the children’s lives for years, he decided to take it upon himself after leaving a rehab facility to fight for custody of the children in spite of Valerie. He has dragged not only her and the kids into this horrible mess but also our entire family! We have spent countless hours fighting in a corrupt court system and thousands of dollars on lawyers ($24,000) since this started back in 2023. We have recently gone to trial and are in the process of starting an objection and appeal, which takes lots of time and costs thousands of dollars more on top of what we have already paid. No amount of time or money will stop us from fighting for these children to the very end! They deserve to have a happy, loving home and life with their mother, not in the arms of an unsafe, abusive father who is doing this to hurt their mother. We need justice for Victoria and Braxton, and this will not be the end!
