My name is Dinah Aremo and my child's abuse has been hidden by Wayne County CPS since 2012. I am a domestic violence survivor at the hands of Victoria's father, Victor Lane Turner. As of 2024 it has been substantiated that my daughter, Victoria, was graped by her father from the ages of 5 to 7. Despite these facts, Victor's connection are keeping him a free man and are allowing him to still be around children unsupervised. Wayne County CPS is killing our children who are in need of saving. My daughter is now 12 and she is severely traumatized from all of this. She is safe with me but her 6-year-old little brother, Reign, is still with their father. This fundraiser is for him.

From Reign's Mom: Reign is my 6-year-old son whose abuse is being covered up by Wayne County CPS and now The Ennis Center For Children (Foster Care). After fleeing domestic violence during pregnancy, I fought years to protect Reign from a father with a history of abusing his children. We have been running from Reign's biological father since he was wrongfully put on child support which put me and Reign in immediate danger. Victor successfully kidnapped Reign on September 1, 2021 from our safe and loving home in Pennsylvania. Reign was 2 turning 3 the next month. Reign was stripped of his identity, name was illegally changed and hidden from the only caregivers he had known and been with every day and night since his birth October 2018. In 2023, Reign came home to me briefly, but after social worker Ms. Bourdage at the 10th Precinct reported new abuse, Victor compromised the investigation by showing different child to CPS investigator "Dixon" to hide the evidence. This resulted in the termination of the CPS worker and the suspension of my parenting time September 2023. I was kept away from Reign for over a year when I was noticed September 24, 2024 that "CPS substantiated egregious SA of Reign's sister, Victoria" and that I would be allowed to pick him up within hours. Instead, Reign was given to Victor with a full custody order, with a motion filed or a hearing held, and then immediately placed into unsafe placements with The Ennis Center For Children Foster Care. I am Reign's fit, loving mother who is fighting every day to bring him home, but CPS and The Ennis Center are blocking this reunification while blatantly ignoring Reign's safety and rights. Reign has been locked in closets and denied food as punishment for expressing his feelings, as he does his best to survive in an environment no child should endure. Victor and his violent girlfriend "Steph" who condones Victor's abuse still have unsupervised access to Reign.

We do not have adequate legal representation and are facing a system that is failing to protect Reign or reunite us. Please help me save my miracle baby Reign. Please help us fight.
