On March 5, 2017 Rafael was taken from his daughter and family . He was a loving father, uncle, & friend. Rafael was a student at Bright Wood Career Institute to become a Nursing assistant and due to graduate in 2 months . Rafael made the deans list and just wanted everything for his daughter. Now his daughter is left with responsibilities that no one should be left with. She has been cheated of having her father at any upcoming events. Anything that could help with the investigation and help with funeral arrangements would be greatly appreciated from his daughter, and our family.
