Hello, My name is Michael Jennings. I am the son of Pastor Michael Jennings. My father was recently arrested in Childersburg, AL by Childersburg Police Department for watering his neighbors flowers. The story has been covered by numerous media outlets and has been brought to national attention. 

My father unfortunately had to shut his business down which he had for over 20 years so his income is limited and he doesn't pastor a large congregation. He has about 15-20 members in his church, so the family is not rich by any means. He has instilled in us a hard work ethic that he exemplifies to this day and although he may not have a lot financial wealth he is always giving back to his congregation and community. His main source of income has been from the yard sales that he has on a weekly basis. This entire situation has caused my father and the family emotional, psychological, mental, and financial hardship. We didn't have the money readily available to bond him out so we had to reach out to family/members of the congregation to get him bonded out. It has effected his everyday life. His time and presence has been requested and required to fulfill the needs in building this case which has taken him from his source of income. This request from us is not one to make us rich by any means but for him to be able to continue to support his family and ministry. This is a Support for Justice and livelihood fund. We contemplated on creating this GoFundMe but we have seen the many request from you all to help out in any capacity that you could and we truly appreciate it! Anything that you are able to give to help our cause will be greatly appreciated! We pray God continues to bless our family and yours during this time of turmoil.
