My younger brother, Adrian, a 20-year-old U.S. citizen weighing just 130 lbs, was violently mistreated by ICE agents during what should have never escalated into anything physical. He was surrounded and manhandled simply for speaking up. He did not touch or threaten any officer they initiated the force. They threw him around like he didn’t matter, and now my family is left to pick up the pieces.
