On May 27, 2020, Nick Cordova was brutally murdered in broad daylight while on FaceTime with his wife Alysha and their two young children, Cruize (7) and Capri (5), while at work in Gilbert, Arizona. He was a devoted husband, an incredible father, and a deeply loved son, brother, cousin, and friend.

Since day one, we believed the Gilbert Police Department would take swift action to find Nick’s killer. Instead, what we’ve witnessed has been deeply troubling—four detectives assigned to the case, and still no arrests. The most recent detective assigned to the case knew almost nothing about the case when she first spoke to Alysha, leaving the family devastated once again. Alysha demanded someone higher in rank be assigned, and while a sergeant and commander is now the point of contact, that has not resulted in any real progress.

There have been broken promises, calls left unreturned, interviews never conducted, follow-ups pushed aside and evidence left unchecked. The longer Gilbert PD takes, the further away justice slips.

Now a single mother, Alysha is raising Cruize and Capri on her own, while also shouldering the emotional and financial weight of hiring legal counsel and private investigators to finally uncover the truth. She has never stopped fighting for justice and we are asking for your help. Donations will go directly toward:
