For more than 25 years Mrs. Kuliga has been instilling faith, education and creating cherished memories for the children of Catholic families in the area. She’s given her time and resources to the Catholic community out of a genuine desire to honor the faith she holds dear.
As a teacher and principal, Mrs. Kuliga dedicated herself not only to the students in her care but also the teachers in her influence. Just ask the teachers and volunteers who came out of retirement to support her in her latest role as principal of St. Joseph's School in Fairhaven. They believed in who Mrs. Kuliga had proven herself to be and in the environment they knew she would create.
And that is where her story takes an unfortunate turn. After a parting of ways that deserves a closer look, insult was added to injury when the legacy Mrs. Kuliga built for a quarter of a century was irreparably tarnished with a single letter. A single letter that has now reached an audience far beyond what can be considered reasonable.
