Justice for Luciano: Help Destiny Fight

Hello everyone, it’s taken me a while to write this to ask for help from the community of everyone who is willing to help. My name is Destiny Porro im starting this Gofundme to get the income needed to get my son Luciano Fernandez who is forever 3 and no longer here on earth with us justice. I am raising the funds for a private detective and attorney to fight for my son Luciano. Luciano passed away in 2023, Luciano my sweet little papa was such a loving beautiful baby boy and he was taken from me due to the act of jealousy by his dads girlfriend Alicia brown and Dimitri Fernandez who is his dad left him with… This monster I never knew she was capable of harming my child but she did and his life was taken. In the last month of his life he was starved, abused to the point of malnourishment and two major brain bleeds bruises all over his tiny little body.. my son left this earth with out me by his side instead he passed away alone in a hospital room with a caseworker due to neglect and mismanagement. The Adams county CPS failed to check on him even though they got multiple calls of extreme abuse, his dads family members knew my son was being abused and they left him there and gave him no hope that someone was going to save him. Alicia brown tormented my son. All authority groups failed my son when I thought he was being taken care of he was being abused and so many parties knew my child was being abused and did nothing and now I’m here to ask for help because I have no one else personal who cares to help me get my son justice so I’m asking the community to help me get my baby justice. I’ve done everything I can to push on a justice standing and no one will budge due to neglect on all authorities side and it’s just not working. My son is not the only one suffering at the hands of abusers and Adams county and I want to make a difference not only for my son but for other kids who need help… I didn’t get the chance to save my son when it could have been easily done the worst is done… but if I can help it I will get my son justice and every kid who is failed at the hands of ADAMS COUNTY POLICE, CPS AND CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL and last but not least ALICIA BROWN AND THE WHOLE FERNANDEZ FAMILY HELD ACCOUNTABLE AND PUT AWAY where they belong. I’ve been fighting this case for 2 years now I’m exhausted and frankly I’m in need of all the help I can get. My son should be here living his life with love not even his dad will help me so I will get help from the community. I have multiple videos on my facebook Destiny Porro that explains and describes the situation anything helps. My son deserved better and this could have been preventable. I could go on for hours about my sons passing but I just need help to get him the justice he deserves. Anything helps and as I go I will keep everyone updated because what needs to be understood is the counties do not care about your child my son IS a prime example of that and if I can help it they will start caring like they should. It’s a never ending cycle and it NEEDS TO END. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE my child should be alive. The pain I feel daily because of a heinous hate crime was brought on my son and I couldn’t do anything about it. I’m whole heartedly asking the community to please help me with the funds I need to get my baby justice.
