This is my close friend and her son samera radomski & legacy schiller. Samera has been going through a domestic violence situation since before she was pregnant and it has escalated to needing the story public. On January 2nd, 2025 her and the childs “father” joshua schiller had got into an altercation that escalated to samera and legacy leaving the house. With her phone being taken (by joshua) and needing clothes and baby supplies she forced her way into HER OWN apartment. To which joshua responded with calling the police. Samera was locked up for a single day. When she was released legacy had been taken to boston (he was born in baltimore Maryland.) by his father and beaten by joshua schiller. Legacy who was 5 months old at the time had two skull fractures, two broken legs, spine complications, laceration on his liver, bruising on his lower body and many other things. Samera has beaten the case and is all set to get her baby. But the system will NOT give her him due to a video out of contexts. She has not seen her son in THREE MONTHS. With the father being in his birth state( Massachusetts) and the baby being with the fathers sister he has full unlimited access to baby legacy. Samera being over 5 hours away and with no solid transportation she has only been able to see him via video chat. We are taking this story public and asking for anything that will help. Every cent will be used for court, lawyers, housing, visits to the baby ect….. thank you for reading and please share
