Justice for Kekoa: Overturning a Life Sentence

I'm pleading out today with a heavy heart and a cry for help. Wrongfully convicted! My son Kekoa was derailed and targeted as a young Black man by a corrupt, racial government system. He is being accused of a crime that he did not commit and has been given a life sentence without parole! His court-appointed attorney never worked his case. From day one, he never met with Kekoa to discuss his case the entire time as Kekoa sat waiting for his trial date! His attorney failed him in every way. He never spoke to witnesses that would have helped his case or submitted evidence that we had to prove Kekoa's innocence and that he didn’t commit this offense! It was this weak defense that failed to present critical evidence in his favor! Kekoa is now faced with a fight for his life—a fight for justice and his freedom. Kekoa has already encountered unimaginable hardships, systematic failures, and now a wrongful conviction that threatens to steal his future!

We are now fighting for justice in the appeals process. The weight of this battle is immense, both emotionally and financially. The cost of hiring experienced legal experts, gathering evidence, and securing the resources needed to present a strong case is beyond what our family can manage on our own.
