Justice for Kali: Help Us Find Answers

Hi, i'm Kali's mom. It is never easy losing a child, but its even worse when you have your child snatched away from you. On Tuesday August 29, 2023 Lamar, aka Kali, was murdered. We tracked his location and found him, but by then it was already too late and he was gone. Kali was humble, kind, funny, and talented. He was the bright light in every room and the reason for everyone's laughter. He was on to big things in his near future. At the time of his death, he had already went viral for a rap video and had his music playing in the backgroud on love & hiphop episodes. It truly saddened us that he lost his life due to a senseless act of gun violence. Behind he left a son that is currently 7 years old, but at the time he was 6. One minute his dad is saying he is going to the store, and the next he never sees him again. His son is more than aware and has cried, asking many questions that we simply just cannot answer for him because we don't have the answers ourselves. We have been nothing but hopeful in this time, but it has been a year and a month, and still we know nothing about his death. A year and a month of simple unanswered questions such as just WHO did it.
