UPDATE: Jose has been moved to Florence. We are talking to attorneys as we speak and this is just the beginning. The main goal was 2k but as we continue with this process , we will accept all the help we can get. Hello, my name is Jitzell. Most of you know my husband, Jose. We’re a part of the car community and we’re asking for your help. We are fundraising for Jose’s legal fees for court.

We got pulled over by US Border and Customs on August 10th on 1st st and 4th ave. They unlawfully pulled us over and detained Jose. Their reason was that DACA is no longer considered legal status. I’m asking for help with funds for a lawyer and court costs. Anything helps. Jose is getting sent to Phoenix for court, which will be in one month. Appreciate anything you can help with.
