Received the quote on the Billboard on Hwy 13 not far from Dorchester, Wisconsin in the vicinity of Jeans murder. Here is what I was sent- Added up initial cost is at a discount is $855.00 once and if that is paid then its $180.00 every 4 weeks. So now it's a matter of whom wants to split this cost. I myself will pay as much as everyone else and of course the more people willing to chip in the lower. I did the Division and if we had 30 members contribute evenly concerning the startup and 1st 4 weeks it would be $28.50 a piece if it was 50 members it would be for startup and 1st 4 weeks $17.00 a piece. Then to figure out if we got the sign paid for with the initial 4 weeks and we wanted to keep the sign up longer you just divide $180.00 by for example 50 members and its $3.5 dollars every 4 weeks/28 days. Read below what I was sent by the billboard company. I think we all know this would be a good thing to do, to send a strong message to her murderers as well to the community Jeans death will not be forgotten / forgiven and having the murderers free to possibly victimize someone else as well as to freely enjoy their lives as free people after evilly taking the life of another person in Jeans case a mother of children again will not be tolerated. I am doing my best to investigate Jean's case this sign would also garner more leads for me to follow up on as well as sending a strong message to the killers already mentioned above but also to encourage the Taylor County Sheriff Office and DA Office to also as I am to supercharge their investigation and prosecution of Jean's killers as both of those are elected positions who are accountable to their citizen tax payers both those important parts of a County both the Sheriff and DA will very much not be able to ignore this billboard if we can get it to fruition. Please respond and contribute to this important post for help in getting Justice for Jean and those who loved and cared about her.

Please confirm that the attached information is the correct billboard. The photo is for location purposes only. We are aware that the vinyl sign is different from what is on the actual billboard.

That said, if this is the correct billboard, I can get an approved rental discounted amount of $180 every 4 weeks.

The production/installation of the physical signage can be discounted to $675.

Please let me know if you want to move forward with this — we would need the production and first month of rent paid in advance.

Attached is the customer profile form that needs to be filled out before I can get a contract together for you. I will also need a desired start date for the campaign.
