Justice for Esther: Help Reunite Her with Mom

Hi everyone. I am making this go fund me account in hopes of gaining financial assistance to help get justice for Esther. If you have not heard her story, I am going to give you a brief summary of the trauma taking place and the negligence of the family law court system that is allowing her to continue to experience this despite her mothers efforts to stand up and protect this baby for the last year. Almost exactly a year ago, Esther was returned to her mother by the father with her first sign of sexual abuse. Since then, her mother has taken her to the hospital where vaginal tears have been confirmed, CPT cases opened, and court hearing held. With each of these interventions, injustices to Essie have occurred and nothing has been done. Esther has said with her own words what the father has been doing to her, has come home hysterically crying, dazed, in pain in her bottom, terrified of having her diaper changed and more that I don’t feel comfortable sharing. She is currently with the father against their agreed upon custody arrangement. When he took her last, he never returned her. When her mother went to get her in a known public place (a church I might add) she was pushed and pinned against a wall and locked inside of the church and did not get her daughter back due to noncompliance as the grandmother would not let go of the child and pulling her by her legs. She has been with her abuser for a month now. Missed Christmas with her family where her gifts sit waiting for her, unopened.

A lawyer was recently retained but this is just the beginning. This could be a long fight until justice is finally served and this precious baby is finally safe. I am asking if you feel lead, to donate towards this cause as this will be the first of many payments for the attorney to fight and for court fees. If you are unable or don’t feel lead to give, please share but most importantly, pray. Pray this baby is reunited with her mother so they can begin to heal the trauma and damage that has been done.
