Justice for Einar Rodríguez — Legal Assistance Support

- Hello, my name is Steffany, sister of Angelo Rodríguez and aunt of our beloved baby, Einar Rodríguez.

I never imagined having to write these words, but on October 31st, Einar Rodríguez was born in a hospital in Peru. His arrival was supposed to be a moment of joy, but it became the greatest pain our family has ever lived. During and after the birth, complications arose that were not handled properly.

From the very first minutes, there were signs that something was wrong, yet the parents did not receive clear information or timely medical intervention.

Instead of answers, the parents received contradictory explanations, lack of transparency, and decisions that severely affected the baby’s health. After only three days of life, our little Einar went to be with the Lord. Three days of fighting, of pain, and of silence… without being able to express what he was feeling.

Today, my brother, Angelo Rodríguez, and the baby’s mother, Yosmely Cabrera, are in a legal process before the Prosecutor’s Office in Peru to investigate what happened and to seek justice.

We are not seeking revenge.

We are seeking truth. We are seeking to prevent another family from going through the same pain.

During this legal process, the parents have discovered serious inconsistencies in the medical documentation, such as:

• The records state it was a natural birth, when it was actually a cesarean section.

• The gestational age recorded does not match the prior medical information the mother received during her check-ups.

• The official cause of death does not match the different explanations given to the parents while Einar was alive.

• According to the documents, the baby passed away at 6:00 a.m., but the parents were informed at 1:18 p.m. — more than seven hours later. The family received no clear explanation for this delay.

We are not making direct accusations.

We are requesting transparency, access to the truth, and that this information be reviewed in the criminal investigation.

As a family, we firmly believe:

That is why we are starting this campaign: to cover the legal expenses of the criminal case — attorneys, documentation, and all the costs required to continue this fight.

Our goal is $6,000.00 USD. We never imagined we would need to ask for help, but today we do. This will help the parents pursue justice, protect the memory of our precious baby Einar, and cover urgent legal expenses: including lawyers and Court filling fees, expert witnesses, medical records/evidence requests, court reports, process server, private investigation.

For legal reasons and to avoid interfering with the official investigation before the Prosecutor’s Office, we cannot reveal the names of the doctors or the hospital at this time. When we are legally authorized, and once justice is served, we will share the information transparently.

Justicia para Einar Rodríguez — Apoyo para gastos legales. 

 Hola, mi nombre es Steffany Rodríguez, hermana de Angelo Rodríguez y tía de nuestro amado bebé Einar Rodríguez. 

 Jamás imaginé tener que escribir estas palabras, pero el 31 de octubre nació Einar Rodríguez en un hospital en Perú. Su llegada debía ser un momento de alegría, pero se convirtió en el dolor más grande que nuestra familia ha vivido. Durante y después del nacimiento se presentaron complicaciones que no fueron manejadas de manera adecuada. 

 Desde los primeros minutos hubo señales de que algo no estaba bien, pero los padres no recibieron información clara ni un manejo oportuno. En lugar de recibir respuestas, los padres recibieron contradicciones, falta de transparencia y decisiones que afectaron gravemente la salud del bebé. 

Después de solo tres días de vida, nuestro pequeño Einar partió con el Señor. Tres días de lucha, dolor y silencio… sin poder expresar lo que sentía. 

 Hoy, mi hermano Angelo Rodríguez y su mamá Yosmely Cabrera están en un proceso legal ante la Fiscalía en Perú para que se investigue lo sucedido y se haga justicia. 

 No buscamos venganza.

 Buscamos verdad. Buscamos evitar que otra familia viva lo mismo. 

 Durante este proceso legal los padres han podido identificar inconsistencias graves en los documentos médicos, tales como:

 -En los registros aparece como parto natural, cuando realmente fue una cesárea. 

-La edad gestacional registrada no coincide con la información previa que recibió la madre durante sus controles. 

 -La causa de muerte oficial no coincide con las diferentes explicaciones que les dieron a los padres mientras Einar estaba vivo. 

 -Según la documentación recibida, el bebé falleció a las 6:00 a.m., pero los padres fueron informados a la 1:18 p.m., más de siete horas después. La familia no recibió una explicación clara sobre este retraso. 

 No estamos haciendo acusaciones directas. 

 Solo estamos solicitando transparencia, acceso a la verdad y que esta información sea evaluada en la investigación penal. 

 Como familia, creemos firmemente que: ✝️ “El Señor es justo y ama la justicia.” — Salmo 11:7 

 Por eso estamos realizando esta campaña: para cubrir los gastos legales del proceso penal Esto ayudará a los padres a buscar justicia, proteger la memoria de nuestro precioso bebé Einar y cubrir los gastos legales urgentes, incluyendo: honorarios de abogados y tasas de presentación en la corte, peritos especializados, solicitudes de registros médicos/evidencia, informes judiciales, notificaciones legales (process server) e investigación privada. abogados, documentos y todos los costos que se están generando para continuar con esta lucha. La meta es de $6,000.00 dólares. 

Nunca imaginamos pedir ayuda, pero hoy la necesitamos. Esto ayudará a sus padres a buscar justicia, proteger la memoria de nuestro querido bebé Einar. 

Y como se menciona antes cubrir gastos legales y de apoyo urgente durante el momento más doloroso de nuestras vidas. 

 Sabemos que Einar Rodríguez ya está con Dios. Creemos con todo el corazón que está en Su presencia, sin dolor, sin sufrimiento, en paz.

 Por motivos legales y para no entorpecer la investigación ante la Fiscalía, no podemos revelar nombres de doctores ni del hospital en este momento. Cuando tengamos autorización legal y la justicia haga su parte, compartiremos la información con transparencia.
