Please help me establish a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of my son’s killer.

My name is Noelle Shaw, and I am reaching out to you for help. My son, Dominic Kampf, was tragically murdered on April 21, 2023, yet an arrest has still not been made. The events leading up to Dominic’s death are rooted in a long and complex history of domestic turmoil, and his killer is an individual known to the family who continues to pose a grave danger to my children, grandchildren, and me.

Dominic lived his life with honor, respect, and kindness. He bravely faced adversity and challenges, growing into a remarkable young man who touched the lives of everyone around him. Dominic’s tragic death has broken many hearts, and I will not stop fighting for my son until he receives justice.

My goal is to raise a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of my son’s killer.

Dominic's killer had an accomplice: a driver, and I know the identity of that person. Domestic history and evidence uncovered suggest she may be too terrified of the killer to step forward. Furthermore, Dominic's killer has bragged to people in the community about killing Dominic. Yet, they are too terrified of the killer to step forward.

There are people in the community who hold the key to the truth, and a monetary reward may encourage them to come forward. I hope to raise enough funds to offer a meaningful incentive for anyone with information to break their silence and help me finally achieve justice for Dominic and prevent further tragedy.

I have high hopes that a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Dominic's killer will incentivize these witnesses to step forward. Excess funds will be used to help cover the rising legal costs of fighting for justice for Dominic.
