Justice for Clay: Help Lauralee Yocum Gastineau Get Answers
My name is Annemarie Neisz, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my dear friend, Lauralee Yocum Gastineau, who is facing an unimaginable tragedy. Her beloved son, Clay, died under mysterious and violent circumstances on November 3rd in Lexington, Kentucky.
Clay was being treated for mental illness at the University of Kentucky hospital. In the midst of his care, he ran from the hospital wearing only a gown and made his way to a nearby railroad track. Just minutes later, he was approached by UK police, placed into a pickup truck, and returned to the hospital. Sometime during these 15–20 minutes, Clay sustained injuries that led to his untimely death. This all occurred in broad daylight around 1:00 PM on a Sunday.
Lauralee is left with so many unanswered questions. She deserves to know the truth about what happened to her son during that time. We believe that someone has crucial information that can help provide answers, and we’re calling on the community to come forward.
In addition to seeking justice, Lauralee now faces the financial burden of Clay’s medical bills, and the costs associated with hiring an attorney to help uncover the full truth of what transpired.
Please consider making a donation to support Lauralee during this incredibly difficult time. Every contribution, no matter how small, is deeply appreciated. Together, we can help bring the closure that Lauralee so desperately needs and ensure that Clay’s story is heard.
Thank you for your support.
