Justice for Christopher Jaden: Support Danita Taylor

My name is Danita Taylor and my firstborn son, Christopher Taylor, was shot multiple times and murdered on February 19th, 2025, by 19 year old Tyzeek Wallace in Knoxville, Tennessee, at just 21 years old. We just made it through the preliminary trial successfully and are waiting for the results of the grand jury to continue moving forward. Unfortunately, there are some hold-ups that I can’t disclose for the integrity of the case.

I have now decided to hire a private investigator to help make sure we have as much as needed to bring the guilty party to justice. Unfortunately, as some of you may know, after almost 13 years of marriage, I am simultaneously going through a contested divorce. This is all happening while I am in college for my doctorate and raising two minor children. Financially, it has been a whirlwind of unexpected costs and challenges between my baby boy’s untimely and unnecessary death and now a divorce.

I am trying to raise funds to cover a private investigator and help with other costs that I have acquired during this trying time in life. I know several people have reached out and asked if they could help. I usually just say prayer, and I still need that as well in abundance, so please keep it coming. Also, if you are able to help financially in any amount during this season, we would be extremely grateful.
