Justice for Casey: A Mother's Plea

Hi, I'm Tiffaney Hayes. In the photo with me is my 28-year-old son, Casey. The morning of June 3rd, 2025, a little after daybreak, Casey was walking and pushing his mountain bike up Sequoyah Access Rd, off in the grass. Out of nowhere, a larger-sized black pickup truck veered off the road, into the grass, and hit him. He was hit from behind, run over, and dragged. He never saw it coming.

The driver stopped but was let go with no charges or arrest. Casey was taken by ambulance with severe head trauma and horrible road rash on his legs, torso, arms, and knuckles on both hands . Time, and a lot of it, and the healing grace of God are the only things that will heal Casey's injuries, both physical and psychological. Will you please help Casey and his family? Ease the worry by helping with medical bills, lost time at work, possible attorney fees, and any other expenses incurred by this unfortunate and unexpected tragedy.

This 28-year-old young man did not deserve this and needs help recovering and coming out from under the mounting debt that is building. Prayers and well wishes are appreciated as we continue to get
