Justice for AmberLynn: Support Bernardo's Fight

Hello, my name is Nicole. As many of you have seen on the news, I’m bringing awareness about what happened to my baby cousin, AmberLynn. I’m trying to help her father get legal help to bring his baby home. Many of us have seen how CPS can rip a baby out of the hands of a loving parent. My cousin was unaware of everything that was going on due to the fact that he is a hard-working man. He works so hard every single day. He leaves the house before the sun comes up and the baby wakes up for the day, then comes home right before the sun goes down and the baby goes to bed. Here are some words from the father himself.

“On August 29, 2024, I became a dad to the most beautiful baby girl, AmberLynn. Being a first-time parent is never easy, and I made the best of it by providing for my family by working long hours in the construction industry. While I was working, Amber was in the care of her mother, Leslie, and I was unaware of the abuse that was occurring. Amber sustained a fractured elbow on October 26 when Leslie and Amber went to the grocery store and Leslie forgot to bring home formula. Amber was crying because she was hungry, and Leslie became aggressively upset by pulling her arm with great force. Amber is currently healing from a broken elbow fracture, and once admitted to the hospital, it was discovered that Amber was also healing from an old shoulder injury and an old fractured rib, all caused by Leslie. While Leslie is currently behind bars, I am fighting to keep my baby girl in my custody. I am graciously asking for donations to get a lawyer to keep custody of Amber as CPS is looking to strip me of my custody rights. Monetary donations and prayers are greatly appreciated.
