Hello, my name is Chris, and I’m a devoted father fighting to protect my 4-year-old daughter from horrific abuse she’s endured at the hands of her 20-year-old half-brother.

As a stay-at-home dad, I witnessed unspeakable acts—from physical and sexual abuse that started when she was just 10 months old to emotional and psychological torment that continues today. Her mother, who defends only the abuser, has lied repeatedly to cover up the truth. Both are living in the U.S. without valid green cards and have more rights, more freedoms, and more protection than my daughter who was born right here in Texas on American soil.

Despite my desperate pleas to Child Protective Services and other law enforcements, nothing has been done. CPS even told me they "have to witness the abuse happening themselves" before they can act. I was eventually pushed out of the home for trying to protect my daughter.

My baby girl is special needs and needs speech therapy. She lives in a household where the other two children that live there have never received any education. Her basic rights are being denied, and no one is stepping in.

The system has failed her miserably. But I refuse to give up.

I’m raising funds to hire a private investigator, a child abuse detective, legal counsel, and cover court fees. These professionals can help me gather the evidence needed to fight for my daughter's safety and future.
